The Personal Training
Program at Northside Fitness is dedicated to providing all customers with
the most innovative, customized workout plans available. Our cutting edge
approach to Personal Training is led by our Fitness Director, Krista Fisher,
who has over 10 years experience and holds eight (8) certifications. At Northside, we spend time learning to understand both the issues and true
goals of each individual client and then create plans to match that person’s
needs.
All individuals who
belong to our Personal Training community also get a free membership to our
online fitness community. This web-based program helps: to track each
client’s fitness progress, to allow each client to keep exercise and
nutritional journals, allow the members interact with our entire Personal
Training Department, provide for real-time appointment scheduling and
creates an informational community second to none. All clients have access
to customized video workout routines and also to the latest health and
fitness articles as shared with them by the Northside Fitness Department.
